In order to make your visit to the museum safe and comfortable, we have adopted the following measures in accordance with state and local government guidelines and the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough:
The museum will be cleaned regularly at the beginning of each day and periodically throughout the day.
All visitors over the age of 5 must wear masks. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask.
Social distancing between staff and guest groupings is encouraged.
Hand sanitizer will be available.

A free, municipal lot is available across from the museum on W. Tryon Street.
Street parking is available on W. Tryon.
The Orange County Historical Museum is located on the corner of N. Churton and W. Tryon streets
in downtown Hillsborough, NC.
Please note: because the building is historic, the entrance includes stairs both outside and inside the museum.
